Um,sorry i dont no if this is the right board to post in, but i seem to shake like very often if iv been walking or drinking the night before i could understand more but somtimes i just keep shakin for no aparent reason.Does anyone know what this might be?

Hi,
It is impossible to say without further examination. You need to see your doctor. It could be Tourette syndrome for example (tics) but there are many movement disorders.

Ask to be referred to a specialist, probably a neurologist. Be very careful with medication.
