I know I'm in my 50's but when I roll my shoulders they crunch. And my bones in my back crunch too. Where I used to be able to walk 5miles a day last year, I can barely walk a mile and still have a painful back. Should I be concerned or is it just osteoarthritis? Is there something I can take? It's not bone Cancer is it? Fondly, Phillipa

Hi Ed you stranger! I haven't told a doc about it. I have too many other problems don't want another dx. People at the gym all seem to think it's arthritis and lady at health store said cartilage rubbing against bone. Need to ask you a question I'll babble you. Fondly, PJ O
