I'm thinking it's a headrush or something, but is it normal to lose vision and hear ringing for a moment after standing up from either a sitting or horizontal position? Mostly it is losing vision, or seeing stars. It gets a little annoying sometimes...I have to stop where I am and wait for my vision to come back.
Is it good or bad for this to happen (losing my vision like that)....and why vision? Is the back of one's brain more prone to drops in BP or something?

I don't know why vision, but I know that vision and hearing go for me, too -- usually just before I hit the floor. In my case, I know that it's orthostatic hypotension -- BP dropping when I change position. My guess is that it's your problem, too.
It's not good, although I don't know how bad it actually is, and it can be caused by exactly sixteen gazijillion and three things. Best to talk to your doctor about it. The meds you're on, if any, can cause it, or bad circulation, or stress, or whatever.
Hope that helps a little.

It is normal.. According to my doctor, it is very normal for young women for BP to drop quickly. it happens for me too and I asked her it is very highly common - that is why young girls faint a lot.
but you can ask your doctor anyway
