As a follow-up to my previous posting:
What is the best way to reverse any damage done from excess alcohol and cocaine intake over, say, a three month period (prededed three years earlier by a one- or two-year cycle of moderate alcohol use and a bit of abuse).
I want to get myself healthy again, and I'm hoping it's not too late.
I am afraid to death I had a stroke :(

I don't know the best way short of stopping substance use. But I take milk thistle for two weeks on and one week off. It is supposed to promote liver health.
Have you been to a doctor? Regarding your questions in the thread above, a physcian can do a quick neuro check on you to see if any of the cranial nerves or major muscle groups have been compromised. I would imagine he or she would start with that versus getting a scan.
