Folks,
I'm freaking out I may have had a stroke from my cocaine binge on Thursday. My gums are numb above my teeth, and when I breathe this numbness seems to carry up and into my nasal openings. Plus, I have a headache and can't seem to stay focused. Is this a stroke? Oh my god! Is it possible I had a stroke and didn't even realize it at the time? I didn't pass out but I was very high.

An addendum to this: my taste is off.
I also took Geodon last night, and I'm not sure if that is related. But this is very distracting and troublesome.
I hope this is only a cold.
chemist, Larry, help!!!

I'm neither of the above, but you know what? I know that too much cocaine is more likely to be the direct cause, rather than indirect by causing a stroke. Had you had a TIA -- "mini-stroke" -- you might not have known it, but it would have presented in a different way -- acute mild disorientation, most likely, with a bit of a headache and no sequelae.
Here's a radical idea, kiddo: what are you doing to work on your cocaine issues? Anything? You've posted before that you've binged on coke, but haven't mentioned -- as far as I can see -- any recovery oriented treatment you've received.
You're also clearly experiencing severe and obsessive anxiety, about the coke, the drinking, and myriad other issues. Are you being treated for that?
And, finally, how old are you? I'm curious, because if you're as young as I've been imagining -- remember, I'm middle aged, so "young" is a relative term here -- most of what you're worried about is unlikely to have nearly as dire an effect as you seem to worry about.
For your teeth and gums, flossing and brisk rinsing with Listerine will both help a lot. Much more likely to be mild gum irritation than anything neurological.
Good luck.

Racer,
I'm late 20's, does that confirm your assumptions?
I don't know if I had a ministroke -- I was drunk, after all, so I was already stuporous and woke up with a headache. Assuming the worst, that I had a "mini-stroke," is that something that would have left a permanent mark on my brain? How soon after Thursday morning (when I quit drinking) would I be able to say "this is more serious than a hangover"?
Anyhow, with regard to my age -- is that a good sign, or a bad one, in terms of the possibility of my recover and long-term health, brain and otherwise? Can I expect to have a heart attack or stroke at some early age, now? If I exercise, will this combat either? Will I get amnesia or dimentia from the drugs.I'm up now but a bit ... I don't know ... slow. Stroke? Zyprexa I took ~7 hours ago? Tiredness? Hung over?
