Catchy title huh? I'm sorry!
Just wonder if anyone has tried a product cortisol and found it effective for weight distribution and/or appetite curbing w/o majorly endangering the body/mind?
Just a little danger okay to keep me on my toes.
Tks & Good Weds Eve, cf

You're probably thinking of something like "Cortislim".
I wouldn't recommend any of those "as seen on TV" supplements, since they're not regulated and are obviously intended less as healthy supplements and more as profitable products. For what it's worth, though, I checked the labels at the chemist's the other day, and most of those products are high doses of B vitamins, which might even be kinda good for you. Some had some of the fat soluble vitamins, which isn't so good, as those tend to be toxic in too high a dose. The B vitamins, though, will just wash out in your urine if you take too much, so you're mostly just -- if you'll excuse the bluntness -- peeing out most of the money you've spent on them.
Sorry to give you the bad news. Hope it helps.

No, that's cool Racer. Thank you. Seems like the one I saw @ Wal-Mart had some other 'good' additives besides the B vites...have to take another look at that one...cannot recall name either. Since I've been on these mood stabilizers I have an appetite for junk food ... it's like a real crave for chocolate and then salty food. I had never bought these before now. Tks again, cf
