I am determined to get myself well.
So I read how good pure ( I mean 100% pure) cranberry juice is for you and for detoxing your liver.
OH MY WORD. I thought all this time that the Cranberry Cocktail stuff I was drinking was fine. Then I find out it has tons of sugar and other stuff.
So I get myself out to find pure cranberry juice (might as well have been looking for a diamond!). I went to THREE stores and finally found a brand that was 100% PURE cranberry.
This morning, I wake up and think to myself, " Yep, I'll go clean out the old liver with that juice I bought."
(becoming very dramatic here)*barf, gag, puke*
My husband is in the other room and says, "why are you making those noises? are you okay?"
It took all I had to get about 6 ounces down..
NASTY. ICK.
Is it really that good for you?? LOL

Spriggy,
Try capsules called "Cranactin". I use them for any UTIs I may get and they are basically just concentrated cranberry substance. Much better than the juice.
You should be able to get it at any health food store.

it's very good for you
drink it very cold, and dilute it 50/50 with water, add some lemon to it, it's not that bad
good luck
