Any quick ways to get rid of that lump/frog in the throat feeling?
I get it every afternoon and evening.
I am sure it's anxiety but can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Questions:
1. Do you still have the visible lump on your throat? If so, regardless of anxiety, you need to see an endocrinologist ASAP. Even without anxiety, thyroid nodules can make it hard to swallow. Also, they can actually contribute to your anxiety and mood swings. Nodules are common and most are NOT cancerous, but you need to see a doctor...
2. When is your appointment with the endocrinologist?

I have this "knot" but it's more on the side of my neck (near the adam's apple). It's still there, it seems to change size- it's weird. My husband has been inspecting it and he thinks it has shifted downward. Who knows? My husband called the endo's office and said, " My wife needs to be soon asap." THe lady said, " well there is usually a 4-6 week wait with new patients but we just had someone cancel for Wednesday, can she be here then?"
We prayed so hard before he called that something would be available.
So... I go in Wednesday morning! woo hoo.

Spriggy,
Give your husband a big kiss! I'm really glad he got you in so soon. Can't wait to hear what the doctor says.
Hugs,
MidnightBlue
