Well, seems every so often i forget just how beneficial to me vigoroues aerobic exercise is. ive always been that way. hyper as a child and always intensely active. my friends and i, as kids, would play 'tag' and the like where the only effective way to make the other kid 'it' was to run them down. and run we did. often it would take 15 to 20 minutes of continuous running before the pursuer or the pursued would collapse. but i digress!
ive really noticed the anti-depressive and mood elevating properties of exercise. very profound.
ive found that i need to push my exercise routines anaerobically several times (basically going until i can't go any more) to really get the mood boost. whats great is that the benefits often last all day.
it's just me..rambling away.
oh, and the good news is that ill never have to worry about gaining weight!

Hi Tendency.
I agree. Exercise is magic. The problem is, the effect doesn't carry over through the next day. On the other hand, most medications don't either (you have to re-dose either several times a day or once a day, every day).
This is the end of the thread.
