Who else is a fitness instructor here?

Posted by Wildflower on March 9, 2005, at 10:21:01

I have a full time day job and teach classes twice a week. The problem is that it seems like the same mundane things over and over at class. I'm looking for ideas to spice things up...or at least give me the energy to make it through without boredom. Do you have any good websites that may provide variations of exercises? I keep looking through Yahoo! but I keep getting to sites that offer weight supplements.

I am not working now, but I have a lot a experience trying to keep things fresh, so maybe I can help. If you email me at babbler39 at excite dot com, and tell me what sort of classes you teach, I'll tell you about what I've done and you can see if it helps. How's that work for you?
