does that mean I am missing something or that I am imbalanced in some way? I have been known to lick plain salt (gross I know). If it is as bad as people say it is I am going to have difficulties :-)

I wonder...
I think we do need a certain amount of salt.
If the salt is iodised then maybe you want the iodine.??
