I have heard that in order for Fish Oils to have a full effect on you it must be taken in high doses is this true??? Or what is the correct way to supplement Fish Oil for effective treatment.

There is a dose-related effect, as with all nutrients. You could just eat fish. It doesn't have to be fish oil (a food extract).
