Yes! I've had to eliminate so many supplements that I would like to take, simply because my stomach just can't deal with it!
One solution I've found is to take as many as I can find in liquid form, such as my B (which goes right under the tongue and bypasses the stomach altogether), C and Calcium. And I definately had to figure out which vitamins to take with food and which to take on an empty stomach.
I've just had to decide what are the most important vitamins/supplements to me, and stick with those, maybe trying to add in others when I think I can handle it!

I had the same issue a few years ago and my doc suggested I buy chewable children's vitamins - there's an adult dosage listed on the label. They make versions with extra iron, calcium, etc. It just depends what you need in a vitamin...and they taste great! No more tummy issues.

The vitamins for pregnant women were fine, but most adult vitamins make me sick as a dog.
That's why I use Flintstone chewables (or Scooby Doo or whoever my son chooses that week).

I have tried to do take the individual recommended dosage of vitamins like the b's, and zinc. I get were I felt so darn sick. I have seen on many posts recommendation of certain dosages of vitamins and I would love to do that, but I get so sick. I am on topamax now and I read the post recommending the vitamins to prevent hair loss. So far, I haven't lost hair, but I just can't stomach that many vitamins. I was thinking something was wrong with me. I can chew those C vitamins okay, but even those adult multi vitamin horse size pills seem to make me so sick. I haven't had a problem with the childrens chewables in the past. Are they just as good? I know adult women need folate acid.

How funny. I just started on B-comp extended release, and I was wondering if it was related to recent bowel troubles. I also take pre-natal vitamins, but I have to take them with food, even though it says empty stomach. If I take them on an empty stomach, I start burping up this awful taste...like stale beer and dirty feet. (NOT that I know what dirty feet tastes like...it's more the smell.)
You would think they could make them tastier for adults if they do for kids.

make sure you are taking them with food, it is important because your stomach cannot handle just the pills it self, I like to take them right after a meal then i dont get sick,
