Foods high in potassium?

Posted by Racer on May 23, 2004, at 0:01:25

It has been suggested that my recent collapse may have involved lowered blood concentrations of potassium, and what little I've been able to find out makes that seem like a pretty good bet. Does anyone know what foods are highest in potassium -- besides bananas and potatoes?

Thanks!

Hi Racer.

I was too lazy to type all of the foods in but this link should have plenty of foods for you to choose from.

In addition to foods mentioned at that link, wheat germ is also a good source. I like to mix it into baked goods and cooked cereals.
