OK - here for public consumption: my pledge to do some type of exercise every day.
Last 2 days: walked 3 miles each day
Today: yoga class
Stay tuned for tomorrow.
(I'm hoping by putting it on this board I will remind myself to plug away at this!

Okay, rainyday...what's the latest with you?
I had a meeting yesterday morning and so had to park far from my building on campus - so I walked to the building for work and back to my car after work, though I could have taken the bus. I am feeling a little relieved as I had been quite short-winded as of late, but I certainly wasn't yesterday - I think my short-windedness was the cold I am finally over. :-) Yay - oh to breathe...
And a friend invited me to join her for water aerobics three times a week at the Y. I think I would really enjoy it...may actually give it a try?

Hmmm my main exercise has been blowing hot air!! I talked myself out of yoga on Monday because my husband was home (he is often out of town). Tuesday I was completely agitated and could not get out of my own way (hey!! that's exercise!!). Wednesday I had a appointment with my T.
Driving to work this morning, I did practice belly dancing. The goal is to do it so other drivers don't see what you're doing. So that is the ONLY exercise I have done since the weekend.
I should have been a negotiator - I think I could talk someone out of, or into, anything.
I do think I can handle a walk after work tonight.
This is the end of the thread.
