For the past year or so I have become extremely jumpy. For the most part I maintain a good sense of humor and am upbeat. However, I about come out of my skin when the phone rings, my email alert goes off, someone knocks on the door, someone taps me on the shoulder, the cat jumps on the bed, and even the sight of certain people or thoughts of certain people.
My heart pounds for a few seconds and I breath fast. This could happen a couple of times in an hour, or a dozen times in an hour.
I am not interested in taking some sort of anti-depressants or anything. I did that several years ago because I used to get dizzy spells. I just don't like losing my libido. Is there anything herbal or over the counter out there?
Thanks
