On Wednesday, I had the honor of participating in an ordination ceremony. My long-time friend, who is a Witch, was ordained by the Maine Pagan Clergy Association. It was a two hour long ritual in which she renewed her vows and was licensed by the State to perform ministerial duties. It was wonderful to watch someone attain a life-long goal. Even more wonderful to have played a small part when it finally happened.

It seems the story wasn't over, but at least I'll remember this part of it as positive.
