I am praying.
from what i have experienced overcoming anxiety is mindmapping. THinking all things in order, like a map. But I still have had anxiety becuase of fear, from no where.
Fear is natural when situations cause it, but when it happens spontanously, i think its anxiety, and i think its triggered from something, or fear of self doubt.
I think you said you take Xanax? listen i take klonopin 6mg. OK where not alone. That is a HIGH dose.
Prayer to god, please. Ask for the holy spirit.
Thats all...
Matt

I've been praying for you ever since I met you.
Try not to "blame" yourself for this anxiety. It only makes the anxiety worse.
God knows we are but "dust". Sometimes, I even find myself reminding him of that. :)
He love us regardless; anxiety, depression, or completely normal- we are His.
Praying He comforts your heart and mind tonight.
