Just wondering...
If it's the "God of my choice"...
and the "God of my understanding"...
... doesn't that imply that I'm somehow above God? And then, what sort of God would that be?
I'm most definitely wanting a God who is above both my choices and my limited understanding...
but that's just me.

Well I'm not exactly sure what Kinky means by that statement. But I suspect it's about being tolerant toward all religions. He uses a lot of satire in his books and music. One of his most popular country songs was titled "They Don't Make Jews like Jesus Anymore."
He is a candidate for governor of Texas (and Jewish btw).

I'm going to Texas at the end of Sept. (a girlfiend trip, I'm so excited!!!), I definitely have to come home with one of those signs!! LOL!!!
