Does anyone truly feel they have been "healed" of their anxiety/depression? (Or at least been significantly helped?) If so, please give a brief description of how this was achieved. I suffer from these two, and am looking for answers. Thank you.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I do know of someone on this site who has been healed of depression. Dena has recently been blocked though. If she was able, I'm sure she would have responded to you. But she has shared her e-mail address on this site before, so I know she won't mind if I share it with you.
