Friends,
I told Sheriff Lee about the fire and the rain and the Rainbow. He said, "Lou, you need help. The next thing you'll tell me is that these in their graves here will be raised from the dead someday. Why don't you go back up the road and stop chasing Rainbows."

Friends,
Sheriff Lee left and I was alone. I had to make a Decision. To turn back or to Believe that there is a City of Peace, a place where there is rest, and no sorrow or tears or pain or death. But no one has beleived my report.
Darkness was comming upon me and I decieded to go back up the road. Then I heard a voice, and I saw a horse's tail behind a large tombstone, and the voice said, "Lo, I am with you always."

Friends,
We were on different sides of the Gate. I said to the Rider, "I know you have been sent, for I believe that you are an Arm of the Lord. But you don't know me, I am not worthy of your presence. The Rider said to me, "Before you were formed in your mother's womb I knew you"

Lou,

Do you now have peace from you experience? If so, could you try to describe what true peace is like?

I have had true love described to me and understand what I should expect once I learn to give without expecting a return.

If you are able, I would like to know more about the peace your faith and experience has given to you.

P.S. I am glad to see you back to posting. I will try not to ask you any questions that may get us in trouble. :)

Friends,
I looked beyond the Gate and it was wilderness and wasteland. I asked the Rider if the Road was habitable for those that traveled it, for many that I know were phisically unable to travel a wastland or desert. The Rider answered and said to me,
"The wilderness and wasteland shall be glad for them that travel the Road,
And the desert shall rejoice and blossem as the rose;
It shall blossem abundantly and rejoice,
Even with joy and singing.
They shall see the Glory of the Lord,
They shall see God strengthen the weak hands,
And make firm the weak knees.
Say to those who are fearful-hearted,
Be strong, do not fear!
Behold, your God will restore you,
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
Then the lame shall leap like the deer,
And the tongue of the dumb sing.
For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness.
And streams in the desert.
The partched ground shall become a pool,
There shall be grass with seeds and rushes.
A Highway shall be there, and a Road,
And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness.
Whoever walks the Road,
Shall not go astray.
No lion shall be there,
Nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it;
But those that Overcome shall walk there,
And the Ransomed of The Lord shall return,
And come with singing
With everlasting joy on their heads.
And they shall obtain joy and gladness,
And sorrow and sighing shall flee away."
