what kind of foods are good for hypoglycemia?

Posted by Spriggy on April 7, 2005, at 13:04:00

You must realize that I was raised in the South on grease/lard/Koolaide and sweet tea.

So being told to avoid such things is like asking me to stop breathing.

I have no real idea what are the ideal foods/snacks for someone with hypoglycemia.

I am going to take a nutrition course in May but until then, anyone have some good suggestions?
