Does anyone have a book on OCD they'd recommend? to help support someone with the illness and learn how to live with it compassionately and with understanding, etc.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean or not, but "Brain Lock" by Jeffrey Schwartz gets a lot of praise by people who've used it themselves to help live with their own OCD. But maybe you mean a book for people without OCD?

yeah, a book for people without OCD looking to understand the illness and support someone who has it would be great...i want to understand OCD better and learn how to be supportive. thanks!
