I;ve just started reading reading "Lilith's Brood". I'm ashamed to say that I wasn't aware of this author until she died recently. But maybe that's how writers become successful?
Anyone else read her stuff?

I utterly adore her writing. Now I feel like a complete idiot for not noticing her writing until she reached her untimely end.
So sad. But what a legacy.Read this writer's work if you like "pure" science fiction.
