Movie recommendations?

Posted by Sonya on August 23, 2005, at 1:21:36

Anyone around? The boards are awful quiet tonight.

I just finished watching *Sideways* on dvd; pretty boring. Last night hubby and I saw *The Wedding Crashers*; somewhat funny but pretty juvenile. Haven't seen a good movie in a long time. Any suggestions?

Well if you like old fashioned love stories we watched Nicolas Sparks Notebook on our TV DVD. I liked it. Fondly, Phillipa

"The Notebook"- when I read the book, made me cry like a baby, I mean like I sobbed, I had to put the freakin' thing away for a while, the only thing worse was "Tuesdays with Morrie"-holy crap! that was some serious weeping!!
