I haven't read it, but am interested in the subject. It's got to wait, I'm reading a book by Wilson and Holldobler right now, "Journey to the Ants", and then have a few others waiting (including one I'm especially eager to get to, "Satanism in America: How the Devil Got More Than His Due" by Shawn Carlson), but I'd like to hear what you have to say about this one. I've been looking for a book about that region for a while, so if you know of others, please pass the recommendations along...

Thanks!

Ohh, this sounds like a good book, if it isn't written too stiff... Is it scientific-type literature?

I am interested. I am from TN. Never lived a minute outside the state, although I have lived from one end to the other...

Actually MAL I've never read it. I was hoping someone else had, before I paid $40 for it. I think I found it mentioned on one of the Psychobabble pages. I've yet to find a review.

warm regards, Jake
