Hiya there,
Anyone from the UK here? Anyone watch Casualty?!
What is wrong with Sam?!! He's having some kind of mental breakdown, but I can't work out what it is he's suffering from.
He's psychotic (hearing voices, etc). He has been manic at one point. Now (like, a week later) he is staring into space, not moving or responding to anyone.
Does anyone watch this? What d'you think he might have?
He he, Dr Bob is soooo going to redirect me! How sad am I, posting about a TV soap!! ha ha ha

Hi Katie,
I used to watch Casualty but not anymore. I used to watch Holby City as well! Now I just watch ER, I love ER.

Hi!
Yes it's on Channel 4 but it's a season behind.
Latest episodes are on E4, a cable channel. I don't have cable :-(

We're only about half a season behind the US.. and E4 is only 4 days ahead of Channel 4!! Its shown on E4 on the thursday, and the same episode is shown on Channel 4 on the Monday *g*
I quite often watch the episodes twice this way! *l* I adore ER.. Been watching it since the pilot, about the only show I make sure never to miss

Really? Cool!
>and E4 is only 4 days ahead of Channel 4!!
Remind me not to get E4 :-) I thought it was better than that.
>*l* I adore ER..
Ahh, me too. I missed it last Monday because I was ill, I was sleeping. I like Abby :-)
Btw, where do you live? I'm at Manchester Uni at the moment. I'm from West Yorkshire though.
Best regards,
Ed.

Abbi is fab..
I'm watching an Auction at Ebay for the whole of series 1 and 2 on ebay.. been after series 2 for ages because I *really* need the episode that Quentin Tarantino directed.. they're currently at £12 and £13 (the entire series!) so wish me luck!!!
Its strange tot hink that when i watched the pilot, I was a kid living at home.. now I'm suddenly a 30 year old married woman *l* So I guess I have really grown upw ith ER...
And I'm on London.. I used to live in Felixstowe in Suffolk, but moved up here 6 years ago to be with my now husband!
but I do *coughs and hides* support a certain team in Manchester.. Used to be a season ticket holder from 91 - 95.. so I know the Pump House pub on Trafford Bridge very well, and the Lou Macari Chip Shop *L* (mmm.. chips and mushy peas.. no gravy though as I don't like how they'd make the chips soggy *L*)Right.. I'm off out to lunch to make the most of the first gorgous day of the year!!

You know, I didn't really notice the weather, probably because I've been sitting in boring lectures all day! Grrr.

i'm going to be really interested to find out what they actually decide it is, and whether they'll be sensitive about it. mind you, being a medical drama, i reckon they have a responsibilty.....

I noticed that their website for the show has links for mental health resources (you can always count on the Beeb to be thorough!).

I reckon thats really cool of them, so people can try and understand Sam rather than seeing him as a scary 'other'.

He has bi-polar but they set it up so you'd think he was schizophrenic. sneaky.
