I need to try to get rid of my stuff, gradually, so that it all fits into a suitcase eventually with maybe a couple of boxes that I can store at my Fathers that I can't bear to part with.
The hardest thing was reducing my book collection. I have kept all the books I have studied. But I look at all my english books and smile at them and put them back on the shelf. I doubt I'll ever read them again. I still have too many for my room (and it has a built in student bookcase). Couldn't bear to part with my psych and phil books. But it was still really hard saying goodbye to my lit. Kept "The Norton Anthology of English Literature", (hey - I never got a 'media companion') - but found good homes for the rest of them.
Goodbye books. I'll miss you.
