Hi all,
If you want a great story to read, you have to take a peek at "The Madman's Tale".
It is written in the voice of a former mental institution patient who was released when the state run hospital was closed. He begins writing a story on the walls of his apartment.....remembrances of his life in the hospital, and of the murder that occurred there. He begins to decompensate when he neglects his meds, but he continues on with the story that he has to tell. It is a very interesting book. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Hi, Sandy! I have heard of this book, but hadn't read any reviews. I'll keep my book-scrounging eye open for it.
(Nice to see you, dear)

Hey there PartyCloud! *wink*
I think you'll like the book. It's a long story, but it's told through this man's narrative...and you go backwards and forwards in time. I wasn't thrilled by the ending, but the story itself was very entertaining.
It's nice to see you too! I don't post very much anymore. Thanks for being so nice to me. ((PC)))
