I finished the first "Dune" last week and loved it.. totally loved it. I'm pondering reading parts two and three, but all the revies I've read of those seemt o say they're now here near as good..
Any thoughts anyone?

it's been a long time since I've read the series but I love the trilogy as a whole. Frank Herbert had such an encompassing view of the whole history - I highly recommend reading the whole series.
BTW I don't think any movie interpretation could possibly do the story justice. And I'm prejudging the "I, Robot" movie coming out later this year, but I guess I'm a book snob sometimes.
