Would anyone like to make a suggestion for September, or it it too early?

Well, I was wondering about a Faulkner novel, since we have been reading heavyweight American fiction from the 20th century lately. One I haven't read yet, but that seems interesting is "As I Lay Dying". I think it is about a wartime thing-not sure.Mitch

I know it says "August", but maybe that meant to be picked in August and to be discussed in September?

Oh, you *really* want to get ahead! :-) I think that would be fine, but shouldn't the next book get picked first, at least? The one to start discussing in September?
