Hi,
Who's the leader? When do we get to start a new book? Has it been decided yet, and how are decisions made, do we get a vote, and when the book gets discussed, is it a live chat or does it take place here, how long will that last, one day or several, are we supposed to vote on all this or can we just name our books, do I sound committed to this project or what?

Hi trouble-
Jay and I are the leaders, and we vote on a book each month. The suggestions are added to a folder on Yahoo groups and can be found here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/psycho-babble-open/links/PsychoBabble_Book_Cl_001013643129/ The new book hasn't been decided yet and are selected by nominations and then voting on those selections.
As for the discussions, since this is the first one, we will probably start out here, and then always chat at a later time.
I guess the discussions can be ongoing, that way if someone reads/finishes late they can participate at any given time.
Yes, you do sound committed to this project :-)
