Are we deciding by a certain time?

HI,

So it's Friday....are we deciding what we're reading by tonight? It's now 3:20 PM in LA LA Land, California. Should we say by midnight, EST? PST?

Good question! I don't know why I was thinking everyone was in my time zone...

How about Midnight Central Time? The site is on central too. Make sense to you, or no?
