What can i do naturally to reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack? My cholesterol came back 250. I eat pretty healthily but as you can see i take a lot of Antipsychotics!
I was thinking japanese knotweed once bleauberry tells me what dosage to use. I also already take vitamin k2 mk7 all trans and D3! Will that protect me?
My Grandma had severe stroke at 83 i think.

the Orthomolecular people recommend niacin and at least as much vitamin c as niacin (5 grams B3, then at least 5 grams vitamin C, for example).
some people claim sufficient doses of "no-flush" niacin w/ the vitamin C gives good results, too. I really don't know...what little I've read about "no-flush niacin" leads me to think one would be better off w/ old school niacin (for cholesterol reduction).
Many antioxidants can help w/ cardiovascular risk factors. Amla fruit extract, green tea extract, black tea extract, soy isoflavones might help, beta sitosterols (I hope I spelled that correctly), etc.
Don't forget a quality, high potency b-complex.
Hope this helps. If you end up on a statin, you might want to consider a high quality Coenzyme Q10 supplement, to compensate for the coenzyme Q10 depletion from statins.
