The herbs rosemarry and lemon balm contain rosmarinic acid which is a potent inhibitor of gaba transaminase, an enzyme which breaks down gaba. GABA-T inhibitors have been shown to increase synaptic gaba and reduce anxiety / epileptic discharges.
The herb rosemarry might be a good soure, I found it helped with anxiety.

I've been interested in Rosemarinic acid myself, but I didn't know it affected GABA
