I have read that this is one of the few, if not only beneficial vitamints/minerals/supplements to take during withdrawal.
Could someone please suggest a brand and dosage for benzo withdrawal?I'd greatly appreciate it!

Do you have herbalists where you are?
Here you can see a herbalist (often in a heath food store) and buy tinctures. Too expensive, but good all the same. For what you are dealing with I'd buy bulk amounts of zizypus spinosa (1g/ml) and perhaps skullcap. It's real, it works and it is benign. But the tinctures are best.
