Hello,
you wrote in one of your posts that you are an "undermethylator". What does that mean in terms of genetics, do you have a variation on the MTHFR and/or COMT genes? I am new to the subject and am trying to make sense of this all. Myself I am COMT-- and MTHFR+- in both.

You lost me at "genetics' unfortunately - the diagnosis was made based on blood histamine levels (which I was told by one person were probably elevated because I was on Nardil at the time anyway). I really have no knowledge about methylation outside of what's outlined on the Pfeiffer site ...
This is the end of the thread.
