Just wondering--anyone with major depression, recurrent (like you got off your meds and were immediately depressed) or severe anxiety helped over time with alternative solutions? I mean--have you been on them awhile? And what do you take?
Thanks!!!

hey i HAD deppression that would come and go for years ive found the only alts that work for that are rhodiola rosea-bit of a stimulant in a good way, bacopa monniera is great- memory brain fog and mood lift and curcumin-gets rid of aches weakness and i think it prevents depression for me as well. oh yeah and carnitine is great for brain function and increased energy not the jittery kind either, good luck!
