Well, I got myself some DIM (Diindolylmethane) tonight, and ordered some Chrysin to possibly help with lowering Estrogen and any harmful testosterone-to-estrogen conversion since I am on testosterone gel. I have been on the top dose, 10 g pack a day of gel for over two months, and just a small increase in my testosterone. I've got a urologist booked for September, which I hope goes fine. I also ordered some Arimidex and should get it within a week, and will test it out for a few weeks and see if there are any changes. I wanted to try the 'natural' route first. I can't believe all that testosterone and I feel next to no difference. I was expecting to feel like a teenager again!..lol. But, quite the opposite. I still have next to *nil* sex drive. Blahhhhhh.

You might try Tribulus - a good brand that has minimum 20 % protodioscin in it ( the cheap stuff is worthless IMO) - like " Tribulus Fuel Extreme" from Twinlab. I notices an immediate increase in desire big time. I dont take it all the time, but it has consistantly worked for me when I use it and its not that expensive.
Good luck

also take into consideration free versus bound testosterone. take a look at the following product:
http://anabolicminds.com/store/1414.html
I haven't used it yet, but the reports are that it's one of the best for freeing up bound testosterone. (and the bobybuilding comunity is absolutely on the cutting edge of natural testoterone/estrogen manipulation)
hope it helps.
