I've used this method for about 2 years. This video is a 'follow along' video.
It is DEFINITELY worth trying.

Forgive me for saying maybe, but this just seems like an advert for a contentious treatment, especially with the overabundant use of exclamation marks. I've tried EFT and it's nothing spectacular, as long as you don't have to pay for it, I think it's worth trying. Would have been a good idea to search these forums first as EFT has been mentioned plenty of times.

********Hi Nolvas,
Since this is the Alternative board, I thought it was an okay place to mention something alternative that has been a sanity-saver for me over the past very difficult 2 years....hence the exclamation marks. I can get a bit hyper about things - true! I'm not trying to advertise anything. I just wanted to share the information about something that has helped me a LOT, in the hopes that it might be of assistance to even one other person. :-)
********I've tried EFT and it's nothing spectacular, as long as you don't have to pay for it, I think it's worth trying.
********* I'm sorry it hasn't helped you as it has me. Since so many methods of treatment do cost, someone might find they want to try something that's free. I agree with you - it's free, so why not give it a try, if one is so inclined.********
Would have been a good idea to search these forums first as EFT has been mentioned plenty of times.
***********I didn't think it would hurt to mention it again. I suspect there are new people joining all the time, who might not read all the previous posts, & EFT & TAT are helping me so much at present, that I wanted to mention it now.
I'm sorry if my Subject line was offensive.

No it wasn't offensive, I was just merely giving my observations that's all :)

hey, thanks for posting this. it's free so it's not an advertisement...just so you know. I had a therapist tell me about this once. Thanks for making it available here! It is quite amazing.

My kids both LOVE Terry Pratchett (wonder if he has any comments on upper-case letters??)
I certainly won't argue - I am sure my mind is quite diseased if worry & anxiety are any indication.
