I have read that the oral bioavailability of magnesium oxide is about 4%, but that of magnesium chloride is much higher.
Does anyone know the what is the bioavailability of magnesium chloride?
Thanks! Peace...Saturn

Orotate also seems to be fairly well-absorbed and not particularly acidic (with side benefits as well), if you're trying to avoid the more acidic chelates.
