Does anyone know of a list of nutrients needed for the synthesis of GABA?

According to Ray Sahelian, GABA is made in the brain from glutamate with the help of vitamin B6.

Link, I've had good success taking GABA and L-Glutamine. The Glutamine will lower cortisol slightly if you need to know that. B6 should help and if you don't remember dreams you should supplement up to 100mg p5p with zinc.
