Hi all!
I'm trying to find some info out for a friend. I'd like to know what adaptogens are available to buy (over the counter, ie. from health food/supplement shops) in Canada.The main ones I'm thinking of are:
Korean (Panax) Ginseng;
American Ginseng;
Siberian Ginseng;
Ashwagandah.Are all the above available in Canada (preferably WITHOUT visiting a chinese herbalist - no offense intended!)? And what about other adaptogens available to Canadians (over the counter)?
A list would be ideal.
Thanx in advance!
