Can you please tell me what the possible effects of wellbutrin and vitex (chasteberry) may be? I have read that they both affect dopamine, but do they block each other? Please explain in lay terms in you can.
Many thanks!
Ann

They wouldn't block eachother.
Wellbutrin is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor (to some extent) it will increase dopamine at all dopamine receptors. Chasteberry is a dopamine agonist meaning it specifically activates only one subtype of dopamine receptor.
