Has anyone had success using bright light boxes for bipolar depression?
i have seen some sites where they say its helpful, but have not seen much about it on this board.

Haven't tried it myself. I've seen one positive comment on this board, she said it helped her alongside her anti-depressives.

I have atypical type depression and yes, it helps for me. Espcially in the energy and clarity dept.
