Hi all,
I've noticed a few novel ideas here lately, cinnamon for example, turmeric and reish mushrooms also.
What strikes me is that like SJW none of these seem potent enough to help on their own.
Has anyone used for example SJW and then added reishi mushrooms and turmeric to see if as a combo they pack any more punch?
Curious as I think combos have the potential to work very well.
Any thoughts?

Let me describe my breakfast.
Mixed berries including blueberries and goji berries, almonds and just a little rolled oats all stewed for a bit.
Eeek, I forgot to add the cinnamon.
