i have a high prolactin problem due to amisulpride. i read that agnus castus might help with this.
does anyone know if this is true, and if so, at what dose? or anything that might help lower my prolactin?
i am already slowly ramping down from the amisulpride, i don't know if taking less of it will lower my prolactin correspondingly.
anyone know anything about this problem?

Vitex, aka agnus castus aka chaste-berry has indeed been shown to lower prolactin via D2 receptor agonism. Shoot for 400-800mgs. a day of the whole herb not just the extract.
