Marty, there are tons of threads and studies about Omega 3 on alternative, especially fish oil. Do a couple of searches. It's part of my regular vitamin regimen. Larry Hoover was one of our experts on fish oil but unfortunately he got blocked.

warm regards, Jake

Doesn't Omega 3 make pyrolurics worse?

Has anybody who's been tested pyroluric taken Omega 3 and gotten worse or more symptomatic on it?

I heard taking it inhibits absorption of AA and/or the Zinc and B6 supplements taken, which, in turn, negates the benefits of them.

Never mind about that; It take some, and it helps. » MoparFan91

I ran out recently and came to realize how much it had been helping with some of my symptoms. I think I have undermethylation tendencies along with my most likely primary imbalance of Pyroluria. Also, based on my copper levels being above normal and high, I may have a High Copper biochemical imbalance as well.
