does anybody take ginkgo with an maoi? i'm on emsam but i still have sexual side effects from ssris from over a year ago, pretty much completely dead sexually. i tried ginkgo before and it didn't help much but i'd like to give it another try.

Sorry nobody has replied to you.
Sexual side effects have never plagued me (Actually quite the opposite!!) however ginkgo has improved my libido even when not wanted but also siberian ginseng has improved my libido too.
Its worth trying both in combination as neither are expensive. Many herbs are suggested to help in this area so worth experimenting to find the thing which works for you (and there will be one for sure).
I'm not sure if you are male or female, but lack of confidence is sometimes at the root of it all too........get yer confidence back and your libido goes through the roof (And higher!!!).
