No it's not advisable >

People who are using Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors should not use Tyrosine supplements (as this combination increases the risk of Hypertension). references

Excessive Stress may cause Tyrosine to be converted to the toxic Amino Acid byproduct - Tyramine - instead of following its usual beneficial biochemical pathway.

Hypochlorhydria (insufficient Hydrochloric Acid production) may cause Tyrosine to be converted to the toxic Amino Acid byproduct - Tyramine - instead of following its usual beneficial biochemical pathway.

Tyrosine may further elevate Blood Pressure in Hypertension patients:

However some research disputes this and claims that Tyrosine normalizes blood pressure, i.e. raises it in Hypotension patients and lowers it in Hypertension patients.

Could you please give me a list of good and safe supplements to take with Parnate. I'm just getting into vitamins-minerals, etc. and don't know very much. I can tell by your post that you know what you're talking about. :)

Thank you, Tyler

A diet that avoids ingesting Tyramine is what you want >
